As Chair of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, Laurie A. Giordano hosted an Executive Committee Meeting at a Mets game at Citifield on June 10, 2010 where such issues including Workers' Compensation MAP program and other pending litigation was discussed and acted upon.

On May 26, 2010, founding partner Laurie A. Giordano was installed as the 2010-2011 President of Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys (GRAWA).
